He who has already gone the right way knows the shortcuts and skillfully bypasses swamps. 18 years of experience in interior design make us a guide, who helps avoid mistakes, and (what’s important) doesn’t take the roundabout route.

Interior salons in Kharkiv and Kyiv (opened in 2003 and 2004 respectively): here you’ll find the best of what our experts have picked out from collections of the most respectable and refined global brands: Baker, Barbara Barry by Henredon, Grange, SieMatic, Wittmann, Schonbek, Fine Art Lamps, Lalique, Christian Fischcbaher, Pierre Frey and about 1000 other recommendable names in European and American design. Furniture, interior accessories, carpets, textile, chandeliers, china and cut glass – everything that makes your home comfortable and elegant.

 

We attend the most important exhibits in Europe and USA and workshops by the acknowledged authorities of the industry. Not only do we follow the new trends and names as they emerge, but also find really unique, one-of-a-kind things.

Finally, we are glad to help our clients buy works of art: paintings, drawings, sculptures… that make your home look not only respectable, but also “smart”.

Own manufacture – Oakland workshops (started in 1997). Here things that can’t be just bought readymade are manufactured. Things that have to be made for a particular house, like wall and ceiling panels, doors, staircases, cabinets, libraries, wine cellars… Oakland craftsmen work with wood, glass and metal, on the basis of age-old traditions and state-of-the-art technologies.

DECOROOM design bureau (started in 1996). Its designers and engineering technologists will become your guides in the Home Game. Design project, development of design-engineering documentation, choice of subcontractors, installation of the construction site and the subsequent warranty maintenance, search, order and delivery of the needed items, as well as the final decoration – we do all of these tasks and leave you the good part: choosing nice items for the house.

We draft and design private interiors, as well as fashionable public spaces, such as restaurants, hotels, beauty salons and clubs… Among our interesting and complex projects are interiors for the hotels “Astoria” (Lviv) and “Four Seasons Lion Palace” (St. Petersburg), the “Vinoteka” boutique (Kharkiv) and private apartments in London.

DECOROOM designers focus on global trends, but always adapt them to Ukrainian realities, considering the mentality, style and pace of life, the socioeconomic situation, the climate and many other factors.

The DECOROOM and Oakland team is a group of interior and construction managers, architects and interior designers, layout artists, constructors, process engineers, wood-, glass- and metal-craftsmen (all the crafts necessary for the production), as well as renovators and maintenance service managers.

 

The majority of the DECOROOM design bureau specialists have been working with us for more than ten years. For us this means a solid team, the members of which finish each other’s sentences, and for the client – rapid and precise task performance.

However, we are extremely glad to cooperate with invited specialists and have realized more than 1.5 thousand projects involving leading architects from Kharkiv and all of Ukraine.

Today the DECOROOM showrooms can be found in Kharkiv (Moskovskyi ave 2/2) and Kyiv (Gusovksyi St. 15). Our clients visit us to find out about new interior trends, see the newest catalogues of the leading global brands, chat with designers and design engineers, buy presents for friends, family and themselves or simply drink a cup of coffee and get some inspiration from the others’ ideas here. The showrooms are open seven days a week from 10:00 till 19:00.
